Modifications:
extensive cruising & luxury equipment - large genset, 4oo ah batter bank, inverter/charger, windlass, chain rode, air conditioning units, vast tankage, many dorados, vents, etc. Boat was sheathed in fiberglass at some point as well, all of which add to gross weight, which is why I've estimated 3 tons over 'book'
