The NYACK BOAT CLUB Invites you to the Fourth Annual Hudson River Long Distance Race

Close out the season with a distance race from Nyack to Piermont, Stony Point and back and enjoy the fall foliage on the Hudson River.

Hudson River Racers!

This past weekend was the Sutherland Regatta at Minisceongo Yacht Club.  It was a fantastic weekend that presented the unusual problem of big wind.  This afforded the race committee the chance to get off four races without issue.  There was a great showing of about thirty boats, making for stiff competition in all fleets.

September 28-29, 2013

Racing classes will be HRYRA PHRF Divisions 1, 2, 3, and 4. 
All racers must be members of HRYRA and have a current HRYRA or YRA-LIS PHRF certificate.

Eligible boats may register online at www.nyackboatclub.org/wf/2013-last-chance-regatta and sending payment to the address indicated or by registering at the clubhouse between 0800 and 1000 on September 28.

Fees include: trophies, coffee and bagels Saturday and Sunday morning; beer, wine, snacks, and four (4) dinners Saturday night.

Saturday & Sunday August 24 & 25

At the Hudson River Maritime Museum, home of the Kingston Sailing Club. 

Kingston Sailing Club as moved this regatta from early October to late August to allow more vessels both from home base and from outside clubs to participate.

Everybody is welcome and we expect some good racing and dockside food, drink & fun at the Hudson River Maritime Museum. Again it is an all-inclusive deal when it comes to the social events with the registration fee covering all costs. Slips are available  at $1.00/foot/night at the HRMM.
