Lower companionway, add U beam, move halyard winches to cabin top, heavier floor frame, remove pole tube, add heat exchange, ice box/nav station/storage cabinet w/ladder, new galley and engine box with sliding table, resin injection in deck and hull, add forward hatch, holding tank and Electrasan, heavier gage jumper stays, add mainsail Strong track, heavier gage wiring throughout, add third battery, moving 660 lbs internal ballast keel bulb, milling 400 lbs from fin.
